💳Refund & Cancellation Policy

We value transparency and want our clients to feel confident when working with us. Please take a moment to review our refund and cancellation policy.

1. Payment Methods

Currently, we accept payments through:

  • UPI (Unified Payments Interface)

  • Direct Bank Transfers

All transactions are processed securely, and payment details are kept confidential.

2. Project Confirmation

Once a payment is made, your project is officially booked and our creative process begins. We invest time, effort, and resources immediately to start your work hence, payments are non-refundable after project initiation.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • If you wish to cancel before the project has started, you may contact us within 24 hours of payment, and we’ll review your request.

  • Once any design, development, or strategy work has begun, cancellations are not eligible for a refund.

  • In case of an unavoidable situation (technical or operational), partial refunds may be considered at our discretion.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not applicable once the project deliverables are shared or work is in progress.

  • If you mistakenly make a duplicate payment, please contact us immediately we’ll verify and issue a refund for the duplicate amount.

5. Project Pauses or Delays

If your project is paused due to lack of content, communication, or feedback for more than 30 days, it will be considered on hold. Payment will remain valid for 60 days, after which reactivation may require a new quotation.
